ABOUT VIRGINIA LANDRY

 

Ms. Landry graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1982, received her law degree from Western State University in 1988, and opened her own law office the following year. She is a solo practitioner, admitted to practice in all California state courts and the United States District Court, Central District. Ms. Landry is a past president of the West Orange County Bar Association and a past director of the Orange County Bar Association and the West Orange County Bar Association. Ms. Landry actively participates as a member of the National Assocation of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National College for DUI Defense, and the California DUI Lawyers. Ms. Landry also has professional memberships in the American Bar Association, South-Harbor Bar Association and the Newport Harbor Bar Association. Ms. Landry has published Garcia v. San Antonio Metropolitan Transit Authority: Is the Political Process a Sufficient Safeguard to State Autonomy?, has been featured in newspaper articles in the Orange County Register, Orange County Bulletin and the Irvine World News, and appeared on local and national television spots concerning driving under the influence and DMV cases.
